ONBOARD RECREATION

     Most of the time the Caribbean is a sun and fun environment but occasionally the weather does curtail activity and force us to batten down the hatches. For these times the boat is equipped with the following recreational materials.

     A high definition screen positioned on the forward bulkhead of the saloon is our cinema. This screen is only linked to the DVD player at the moment but will soon be interfaced with the onboard computer system. That interface will enable viewing, and possibly editing, of clients recordings whilst onboard.

     The onboard  computer system is available for client use when not required by the boat. At the moment wireless internet is available when cruising in Bahamian waters and can be accessed on other island groups. Once the satellite communication system has been installed internet access will be available 24 /7 but we will, unfortunately, have to ask that clients pay for the airtime used. Our pricing policy is designed to be all inclusive but airtime can accumulate rapidly particularly if surfing the web. The wireless provision is included in our prices so, depending on location, web access may be unlimited.

     CD players are available throughout the boat. The fore cabin and aft stateroom have their own equipment so it is possible to escape from my jazz recordings.

     Board games include backgammon, chess, cribbage, dominoes, draughts and monopoly. Some jigsaws are usually available.

     We carry a small library of "classic" books to try to cater for all tastes but we hope you are too busy being active to read them all.
